TLS processing files

Below are the files we may need for troubleshooting TLS processing.

For all processing stages:

RiSCAN Support Zip:

  • Open RiSCAN PRO, and load the project having the issue.
  • In the Help menu, select Create Support.zip.

For issues in registration/adjustment:

  • If the issue occurs in Automatic Registration 2, please send through the AR2 folder relevant to the failed run - it will be located in your project's TEMP folder.
  • If the issue occurs in MultiStation Adjustment 2, please send through the MSA2 folder relevant to the failed run - it will be located in your project's TEMP folder.
