What causes this error message and how can it be fixed?
Symptoms
During data capture with a RIEGL VZ series scanner, an error is displayed on screen stating:
Unable to set scan pattern.
no route to destination nodeUnable to capture image.
no route to destination nodeUnable to start data acquisition.
no route to destination nodeScan failed: LASER_SUPPLY_IS_OFF
These errors are caused by an internal process in the scanner freezing. A reboot of the scanner will resolve the problem.
