How do I disable LicenseProxy?

LicenseProxy needs to be disabled in certain situations. We will advise you if this is the case.

To disable LicenseProxy service, open the Windows Services app by typing services in the Windows Search box.

Scroll down the list of services until you reach "RIEGL LicenseProxy". Double-click the service, and change the following settings:

- change "Startup type" to "Manual"

- under "Service Status", press "Stop"
