Collecting TLS System Log Files

TLS units collect background logs for troubleshooting. These can be collected using the tools below.

If you have a VZ-i Series unit - for example, a VZ-600i or VZ-400i: 

     600i_front-768x1463      VZ-400i

If you have a VZ-Series unit - for example, a VZ-400:

 vz-400

These wizards will need a stable connection to the scanner via the LAN cable provided.
