"Access violation at address" error when importing into RiSOLVE 2.22.1

Symptoms

When importing a scan project into RiSOLVE 2.22.1, the following error is displayed:

[16720] Import Scanner Project - Access violation at address 0000000002B47B9B in module 'RiSOLVE.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000000

Cause

A bug in version 2.22.1 of RiSOLVE causes this problem.

Solution

Download and install the patched version 2.22.2r15186 from this link:

A permanent fix will be included in a future release version of RiSOLVE.
